Crystal healing is a holistic practice that uses the natural energy of crystals and gemstones to help restore balance and well-being. Each crystal carries its own unique vibration that can support emotional, physical, and spiritual healing.

Sessions can take place in my home or I can travel to you. At this time, service is limited to within 20 miles of Eagle River but please feel free to inquire if you are outside of this area. Whether you come to me or I come to you, your comfort is my priority.

If I’m traveling to you, I bring everything needed to create a peaceful, professional healing space — including a massage table, fresh linens, and all the tools and crystals required for your session. All you need to do is relax and enjoy your time.

During a session, specific crystals may be placed on or around the body, often aligned with the body’s energy centers (chakras), to help release blockages, promote relaxation, and encourage healing. You remain fully clothed. 

Sometimes, crystals are selected intuitively. Each person and session is unique, and often the energy present will guide which stones are needed. For example, during a general chakra cleansing, I may choose crystals that feel energetically aligned in the moment to best support balance and flow. Intuitive selection allows me to tailor each session to your individual needs.

In some cases, yes! Crystal healing is very personal. Sometimes I will select stones intuitively based on your energy, while other times you may feel drawn to certain crystals yourself — and that’s perfectly natural. Your body often knows what it needs, even if you’re not consciously aware of it.
